On July 13, 2023, REL West met with its institutional partners from Shasta College, Sierra College, College of the Siskiyous, the Yuba Community College District, California State University Chico, and California State University Sacramento. During Phase 3 meeting 2, participants reviewed and discussed literature on continuous improvement and institutional changes that support reentering adults in completing their credentials, learned from fellow partners about their experiences with implementing equitable adult reengagement and support strategies, received advice and support from fellow partners about challenges they face in implementing strategies, and applied continuous improvement methods to identify ways to improve project activities.
