On March 15, 2023, REL West met with partners at Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD) for day 1 of a 4 day program focused on developing a logic model to help SAUSD improve after-school and summer Expanded Learning program delivery and assess outcomes for students and families. Session 1 participants gained knowledge of the basic components of a logic model and how they can be used for programmatic improvement, practiced building a logic model, and collaboratively developed a logic model for SAUSD Expanded Learning.
