In the sixth working session, REL northwest will continue to guide partners from Lower Kuskokwim School District (LKSD) to strengthen working conditions with the goal of improving teacher retention. Using data from LKSD's pilot survey assessing teacher retention strategies, REL Northwest will guide partners in reviewing the survey data and exploring the LKSD data dashboard. Partners will also review notes from cognitive interviews that REL Northwest conducted with LKSD staff. From these discussions, partners will develop a plan for communicating about the data.
