Lower Kuskokwim School District Teacher Working Conditions Session 5

In the fifth working session, REL northwest will continue to guide partners from Lower Kuskokwim School District (LKSD) to strengthen working conditions with the goal of improving teacher retention. In this meeting, partners will develop data collection tools to monitor progress of the previously identified strategies. After reviewing and finalizing the implementation plans from Meeting 4, REL Northwest and partners will use the plans to develop a data collection plan. Through these plans, LKSD will be able to begin collecting data on the strategies at the beginning of the 2023/24 school year.
