Building from Session 1 of the series, REL Northwest will meet with Montana school districts Lockwood and Hardin to continue work toward increasing the use of evidence-based practices in each district's multi-tiered systems of support in reading (MTSS-R), which guides teachers in making data-informed decisions about literacy instruction. In this session, REL Northwest will guide district teams in identifying which MTSS-R practices could be improved and the root cause of their problems. Ultimately, the districts will use this work to improve academic reading success for all students.
