Building from Session 3, REL Northwest will meet with Montana school district--Hardin--to work toward increasing the use of evidence-based practices in the district's multi-tiered systems of support in reading. REL Northwest will guide teams in reviewing their monitoring plans and analyzing literacy data from their Plan, Do, Study, Act cycle 1. Then, the district will discuss the implementation of their change practice and identify next steps.
