Partners from the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) and Educator Advancement Council (EAC) will finalize logic models for the Regional Educational Network and grow-your-own grant programs. Next, they will use the logic models to develop indicators of program implementation and progress. For this series, REL Northwest supports the ODE and EAC to develop, measure, and evaluate Regional Educator Network and grow-your-own grant programs to improve educator recruitment and retention within the state.
