Partners from the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) and Educator Advancement Council (EAC) will finalize the indicators of grant program implementation and progress that were developed in previous sessions. Then, partners will brainstorm and refine questions to evaluate their grant programs. For this series, REL Northwest supports the ODE and EAC to develop, measure, and evaluate Regional Educator Network and grow-your-own grant programs to improve educator recruitment and retention within the state.
