Partners from the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) and Educator Advancement Council (EAC) will finalize grant program evaluation questions drafted in the previous session. After reviewing criteria to evaluate the quality of data sources, partners will identify samples and data sources that can address their evaluation questions. For this series, REL Northwest supports the ODE and EAC to develop, measure, and evaluate Regional Educator Network and grow-your-own grant programs to improve educator recruitment and retention within the state.
