Partners from the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) and Educator Advancement Council (EAC) will review and finalize grant program data matrices drafted during the previous session. Next, they will develop an understanding of evaluation design options and make tentative decisions regarding evaluation approaches for their programs. For this series, REL Northwest supports the ODE and EAC to develop, measure, and evaluate Regional Educator Network and grow-your-own grant programs to improve educator recruitment and retention within the state.
