REL Northwest and Oregon Department of Education (ODE) leaders provided an overview of the objectives and structure of the project in the first session of this project. REL Northwest facilitated discussion about the status of the framework revision process and helps ODE partners identified gaps in the evidence base and/or areas of the framework that require revision. A key outcome of the first session was identifying gaps in the evidence and focal areas of interest that required revisions.
