REL Northwest will continue supporting the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) to improve educational outcomes for African American/Black, American Indian/Alaska Native, Latino/a/x & Indigenous, and LGBTQ2SIA+ students by revising the ODE's Student Educational Equity Development (SEED) survey. During Session 3, REL Northwest and the ODE will select scales for the SEED survey to ensure that it accurately measures responses relating to programs serving these student groups. By the end of the session, ODE leaders will also identify gaps in the survey to revise during future work.
