REL Southwest worked with the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) to review summary statistics on the characteristics of districts that have participated in the THRIVE Leadership Academy. THRIVE is a collaborative program to support Arkansas districts in developing and sustaining a multi-tiered system of support so that students have access to the personalized academic, behavior, and mental health supports needed to be successful. During the training, ADE partners identified gaps between districts that have participated in THRIVE and the overall composition of ADE districts to determine priorities for district participation in subsequent cohorts.
