About this event

REL and district partners will discuss measures of teacher working conditions that are both strongly related to retention and are measures for which some groups have less favorable responses. The outcomes of this session will be to identify (1) the measures that most strongly relate to retention (from Session 3), (2) the measures in which some groups of teachers have less favorable responses compared to other teachers (from Session 2), and the (3) overlap between these two sets of analyses, indicating potential priorities for the district to address. REL Central and partners will discuss potential priority working conditions and ways to address, focusing on working conditions that the district has the greatest ability to improve.
