SDP Equity Fellows: Learning From Fellows in Cohort 1 About Their Fellowship Experiences, Session 2A

The REL team will co-facilitate with SDP leaders in the DEI office a session with Fellows in cohort 1 focused on understanding Fellows' experiences with the fellowship in relation to the research questions. A goal of this session will be to collect data to inform program design.
