SDP Equity Fellows: Planning the Application and Recruitment Process, Session 5

Time: 3:00-4:30 pm EST

Description: Building off the insights of coaching session 4, the REL team will work with School District of Philadelphia (SDP) staff to further develop the Equity Fellows recruiting process and the application that prospective Equity Fellows complete to enter the program. The goal of this work is refine the recruiting process and the application to ensure that SDP is recruiting Equity Fellows who are prepared for the rigors of the program and excited about the mission of the Equity Fellows.
