SDP Equity Fellows: Strengthening the Design of the Equity Partners Fellowship, Session 6

Description: Building off the insights of coaching session 5, the REL team will work with School District of Philadelphia (SDP) staff to further develop the process and design of the research action projects that Equity Fellows undertake as the capstone of their program. The goal of this session is to more clearly define the outcomes that should result from Equity Fellows research action projects and align those projects with the stated goals of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) office.
