On November 1, 2022, REL West will hold the first of several training sessions as part of a partnership project with the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) titled "Examining the Educational Passport System (EPS) and Co-Developing a Research Agenda." In session 1, participants will review how data-driven decisionmaking aligns with LACOE goals to improve outcomes for students in foster care, and consider developing a process for ensuring that linked child welfare and education data in the EPS is accurate and useful.
