- learned about diagnostic tools to interpret teacher concerns about implementing education innovations, practices, or programs.
- interpreted examples of data collected with the diagnostic tools.
- described next steps to strengthen implementation of educational innovations, practices, or programs and foster teacher well-being.
In Part 2, about the Levels of Use, presenters focused on understanding how teachers describe their use of an initiative or practice, and how these Levels of Use descriptions can provide school leaders with insights on supports teachers may need to improve implementation and progress toward intended outcomes.
