Teacher Working Conditions (Session 3): Developing Strategies with Lower Kuskokwim SD

REL Northwest assisted Lower Kuskokwim School District leaders in conducting a root cause analysis. The Root Cause Analysis and Theory of Action Facilitator's Guide (REL Midwest, 2018) guided Lower Kuskokwim School District partners through this process. In addition, partners developed strategies to address each challenge identified by the root cause analysis. After the session, REL Northwest developed a set of theories of action highlighting the sequence of strategies and indicators to measure the strategy's implementation.
