Description: The purpose of this session is to explore how district-level staff have experienced the District of Columbia Public Schools' Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS@DCPS) in Years 1 and 2 of implementation and how they use existing tools to assess fidelity of implementation at the school level and make decisions regarding support to schools. This session will include prompts to help district-level staff critically reflect on individual and district-level practices that may contribute to inequitable student outcomes.
