Partnership: Evidence to Refine and Implement a Teacher Evaluation System in Delaware
Description: Training session 7 will build the Delaware Department of Education's (DDOE's) capacity to develop a data collection strategy and key questions to assess how well educator preparation programs in the state are incorporating the new teacher evaluation system into their pre-service training curricula, what additional supports they need, and how DDOE can best support preparation programs' efforts to incorporate the new system into their training.
