Description: The purpose of this session is for the REL team to synthesize the work that other states are doing to address varying English learner populations across schools and propose approaches that may be more suitable and feasible for the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE). Following this session, and before Session 6, the REL team will circulate technical specifications for any procedures of interest to the NJDOE technical team.
