Technical Support Session 3: Preparing for Plan-Do-Study-Act Cycles in North Dakota

REL staff will introduce the PDSA planning tool and provide examples of how teams have used the tool in other continuous improvement efforts. REL staff will guide partipants through the process of choosing a specific implementation practice and related measure from the data collect plan that will be the focus for the first PDSA cycle. Grantee teams will choose a focus implementation practice and complete the PDSA planning tool. After the session teams will launch their first PDSA cycle.
