The Arkansas THRIVE Leadership Academy is a collaborative program to support Arkansas districts in developing and sustaining a multi-tiered system of support so that students have access to the personalized academic, behavior, and mental health supports needed to be successful. This REL Southwest training session engaged education leaders at the Arkansas Department of Education in a series of hands-on activities to develop a logic model for an evaluation of the THRIVE Initiative. Participants also developed research questions and identified measures of implementation and impact aligned to the logic model.
