Description: The first session of this training series will introduce the New Jersey Department of Education's goals for teacher recruitment and build a shared understanding of the value of a racially, culturally, and linguistically diverse educator workforce among training participants. Participants for this training series are state- and regional-level staff who will deliver the Increasing Educator Diversity by Focusing on Hiring and Selection Coaching Series to New Jersey school districts.
