Description: In this session, participants will turn back to the case study, "The Brookside Story" to learn the components of a data-driven theory of action. Participants will also engage in a structured mock calibration activity about the recruitment, hiring, and selection process, and review the materials covered in the first three coaching modules to understand the materials they will use when training districts.
