Description: In this session, participants will share data-driven theory of action statements and provide "praise" and "polish" to colleagues and learn and practice strategies for leading participants through developing and refining their theory of action statements when they deliver the coaching series. Participants will also continue reviewing templates in the Guidebook and the final three coaching modules to understand the materials they will use when training districts.
