Description: In this session, participants will learn the importance of modeling community agreements activities to build trust and guide understanding when facilitating discussions in the coaching modules. Participants will also evaluate authentic examples of vision and theory of action statements and Increasing Educator Diversity Action Plans and apply and model activities for coaching modules through role-playing as both a facilitator and a participant.
