Transition Course Development in the Pacific Region

The goal of this webinar was to inform stakeholders about research-based promising practices for effective transition course development intended to improve college and career readiness for high school graduates and easing the transition from high school to college. The presentation also discussed REL Pacific's work in support of transition course development in the Pacific Region.
