In the first working session between REL Northwest and the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), partners will work to develop a literacy framework that reflects evidence-based practices and responds to needs across the state. After introducing the project and its high-level goals, REL Northwest and OSPI will develop evaluation questions to guide the review and revision of the ELA Learning Standards Review Survey.
