In the sixth working session between REL Northwest and the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), partners will continue developing the English Language Arts Standards Review Survey as a step toward developing an evidence-based literacy framework for the state. REL Northwest will build a shared understanding of the considerations that inform survey administration and develop a set of parameters around survey administration to inform survey administration.
