In this technical support project, REL Northwest will build from previous work with the Alaska Department of Education & Early Development (AK DEED) to guide the state in evaluating literacy data through REL Central-created protocol "5 Ds for Making Decisions." In Session 4, REL Northwest first will share the prioritized challenge identified in the previous session and then will guide participants through an analysis protocol to identify the root cause. After reviewing the "Decide" step, AK DEED partners will brainstorm professional learning solutions to address the root cause.
