About this event

On February 5, 2024, REL West met with partners at the San Fransisco Unified School District (SFUSD) for the third training session of the the Creating Equitable Educator Practices and Improved Discipline Outcomes for Black Students in San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) partnership. During session 3, participants engaged with and solidified a theory of the problem, developed a learning plan to test the theory of the problem, and learned about the concept of "damage-centered" work and understand how to avoid it in our work together.
