"On October 23, 2023, REL West will meet with partners at the San Fransisco Unified School District (SFUSD) for the second training session of the the Creating Equitable Educator Practices and Improved Discipline Outcomes for Black Students in San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) partnership. During session 2, participants will learn about continuous improvement in the context of the project, begin to engage in the work to understand the current state of Coordinate Care Teams (CCTs) in SFUSD, and develop a clear, shared working theory of problems surrounding CCTs in SFUSD in relation to the experiences of Black students in SFUSD."
