On April 25, 2023, REL West will meet with partners at the Utah State Board of Education to kick off the Utah Early Career Teacher Retention Partnership (U-ECTR). In this first session, participants will establish and understanding of the purpose and scope of the U-ECTR partnership and the teacher retention data landscape nationally, statewide, and locally, and will commit to sharing other relevant local retention data for next session.
