Utah Early Career Teacher Retention: Session 3

On August 23, 2023, REL West will meet with partners at the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) for a training session as part of the Utah Early Career Teacher Retention Partnership. In this session, participants will review and reflect on themes raised in local planning meetings, consider ways to further explore the root causes of early career teacher attrition, e.g., by examining relevant working conditions through local Stay (empathy) Interviews with a sample of teachers; and schedule subsequent Zoom meetings with REL West/USBE.
