On November 9, 2023, REL West will meet with partners at the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) for a training session as part of the Utah Early Career Teacher Retention Partnership. In this session, participants will better understand the evidence base surrounding early career teacher induction; learn about (and help advance) participating districts' ongoing efforts to study working conditions for early career teachers through local "stay (empathy) interviews"; and schedule subsequent video meetings with REL West/USBE.
