On October 17, 2024, REL West will meet with partners at the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) for a training session as part of the Utah Early Career Teacher Retention Partnership. In session 7, participants will review and reflect on questions arising from recent local data collection, analytic support, and research shared to date, and discuss relevant efforts in SY2024/25; discuss USBE's new Action Research PLC to examine the implementation and outcomes of the state's new Mentoring and Supporting Teacher Excellence and Refinement (MASTER) pilot teacher leadership grants; and collect project feedback.
