"On November 16, 2023, REL West will meet with partners at Tooele County School District (TCSD) for the fourth session of the project, Supporting Integrated Multilingual English Learner Instruction. During session 4, participants will calibrate how to observe and document evidence of student and teacher indicators using the Observation Protocol; and Build capacity using collected observation data to provide teacher feedback about instruction for MEL students using the observation tool."
