Partners from the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) will use a data-driven dialogue protocol to analyze data from the English Language Arts Learning Standards Survey that the team revised in a previous project. Next, the team will outline a structured, descriptive analysis plan to be completed before the next session. For this series, REL Northwest supports OSPI partners to deepen their understanding of the literacy knowledge and practices of educators in Washington state, which will assist them in drafting a K-12 literacy framework.
