About this event

The aim of this webinar is to provide state, district, and school leaders in the mid-Atlantic region and throughout the country with information about the research on promising strategies for reducing chronic absenteeism. The presenters will discuss why chronic absenteeism matters, what the research says about the state of chronic absenteeism, and summarize the evidence about approaches to reducing chronic absenteeism. A speaker from the Pennsylvania Department of Education will speak about the importance of monitoring chronic absenteeism and why it's a priority for the state.

Speakers: - Natalie Lacireno-Paquet, REL Mid-Atlantic

  • Todd Rogers, Harvard Kennedy School
