Middle School Career and Technical Education: A Training for State Leaders on Gathering Stakeholder Feedback for Design Purposes
April 8 and May 1, 2019
REL Northwest held two virtual trainings April 8 and May 1 with Idaho Career and Technical Education (ICTE) personnel. ICTE is a government agency responsible for the secondary, postsecondary, and adult career and technical education (CTE) programs delivered in Idaho’s public school districts and six technical colleges. ICTE’s goal was to garner stakeholder feedback as it prepared to design a statewide career exploration program for grades 7 and 8. The first training focused on survey and focus group design, and the second focused on data analysis. The materials from each training are provided below. REL Northwest leveraged in-house expertise; national resources; and resources from REL Central, REL Midwest, and REL Northeast & Islands to create these trainings.
