Implementing High-Quality Performance Assessments in Science Workshop

This workshop was designed to increase Virginia educators' understanding of the Quality Criteria Tool and a 4-step process to support implementation of performance assessments in science. Workshop participants developed and deepened their understanding of the evidence base on the effective design and use of performance assessments. REL AP staff provided educators with additional resources to support them in selecting, assessing, and implementing a high-quality performance assessment for use in science classrooms.
