Generating Pathways to Success: Evidence for Academic and Career Plans (ACPs)

Thursday, October 24, 2019

REL AP staff presented a workshop and plenary session on postsecondary transitions and Academic and Career Plans (ACPs) for ten K–12 districts at Generating Pathways to Success, a conference hosted by Hamblen County Schools. In addition to understanding the importance of successful postsecondary transitions, participants became more familiar with ACPs, also known as Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs) and learned about promising practices to implement the school and district-wide use of ACPs for all students.
