The Professional Learning Research Alliance (PLRA) is a group of State and local education agencies focused on issues related to the professional learning of teachers and principals. Interested stakeholders collaborate to identify common challenges and opportunities for professional learning, share and exchange perspectives and experiences, and engage in evidence-based inquiry to develop, implement, and evaluate professional learning opportunities that meet their needs and circumstances.
