Join REL Midwest and the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) for an in-person event focused on effective strategies to prepare students with disabilities to become college- and career-ready. The event covers existing research on effective strategies to support students with disabilities as they prepare for college and/or a career, evidence-based practices, tools, and resources, and examples from special education administrators in districts across Minnesota.
