Description:
This training for research staff and invited superintendents supports the development of a student well-being survey for districts in Michigan’s Kent Intermediate School District. During this session, facilitators help participants define what the Kent Intermediate School District hopes to learn from focus groups, discuss the approach that is most practical for data collection, and determine next steps for qualitative data collection. Participants learn about best practices for conducting focus groups and using focus group protocols.
