This webinar highlights strategies that researchers can employ to support evidence use by state and local education agency staff. Presenters discuss barriers that may prevent education practitioners from using evidence-based practices and share actionable strategies that researchers and other stakeholders can use to increase evidence use. The webinar also features a panel discussion about Regional Educational Laboratory (REL) Midwest’s evidence-based intervention clearinghouse resources and coaching sessions, which were developed to encourage research use in state-level practice, particularly to help school districts in identifying practices that meet Every Student Succeeds Act evidence standards.
