This workshop will increase participants’ knowledge of networked improvement communities (NICs) and their skills to establish a successful NIC related to personalized learning plans. The workshop will lay the groundwork for convening a NIC that systematically studies the components of personalized learning plans that are most useful and the strategies that promote the successful implementation of personalized learning plans.
